Sunday, October 4, 2009 – Practice and Meeting
Task Force and Group Leaders will have a meeting at the building on Sunday, October 4, 2009 at 2 p.m.
Everyone (including crash scene, extras, demons, etc.) will need to be at practice at the building on Sunday, October 4, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. – This is the last practice you will be able to use your scripts! Get those lines memorized folks!
Work Schedule
The Work Schedule has changed!
The building will be open tonight, Friday, October 2, 2009 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for a work night. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The building will NOT be open on Saturday morning, Oct. 3, 2009 due to lack of enough individuals who have responded to the Work Day call. So, far there is no one able to come and help on Saturday morning, Oct. 3.
The building WILL be open on Saturday afternoon, Oct. 3, 2009 from 1:30 p.m. to ??? Lunch WILL NOT be provided. Anyone who is able to come and help on this day is encouraged to attend.
Tuesday, Oct. 6 and Thursday, Oct. 8 will be scheduled work nights (6:30 to ??).
Saturday, Oct. 10 and Saturday, Oct. 17 will be scheduled work days (10 a.m. to ??).
The Count Down has begun!
Only “4” more practices scheduled as “Large Group” until opening night!
Mark your calendars and plan to attend:
Sunday, Oct. 4 – 3 p.m. at the building
Sunday, Oct. 11 – 2 p.m. at the building
Sunday, Oct. 18 – 1 p.m. at the building
Wednesday, Oct. 21 – 6:30 p.m. – Dress Rehearsal and Church Group/Family/Counselor Walk Through.
Other rehearsals will be scheduled within your group by your group leaders as needed.
Butter Braid Fundraiser begins this Sunday.
Wrap it UP! Shopping Extravaganza Fundraiser, Oct. 10 at the building. More info at the meeting Sunday. Our Outreach Coordinator has organized a Shopping Extravaganza with several vendors from local individuals who will have booths set up, and will donate a percentage of their proceeds to the Eternity House.
T-Shirt Orders: We will begin taking Pre-orders for T-Shirts on Sunday, Oct. 4.
Permission Release Forms are due to be filled out this weekend! We will pass them out Sunday, please bring them back the following practice on Sunday, Oct. 11, 2009.
Pray, pray, pray! There is a lot of sickness going around, and Satan will be working overtime on all of us. Please pray for Ehouse 2009, and for the volunteers!
